Salary: USD 76,684 - 126,087 / annual

Lead Bank is a banking infrastructure platform that enables fintechs to offer compliant, programmable financial services like payments, lending, and digital assets at scale. The company operates as an API-first, developer-focused partner bank with offices in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York City, and an FDIC-insured bank in Kansas City. The Program Management team supervises all partner relationships and acts as the first point of contact and ongoing liaison between Lead and its fintech partners. As an Associate Program Manager, you will report to a Senior Program Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring oversight and outstanding client experience for both internal stakeholders and fintech Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and Payments strategic partners. Key responsibilities include: - Manage the entire lifecycle of relationships with Lead's fintech strategic partnerships, including onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding under senior guidance - Serve as the primary point of contact and bridge between external partners and internal teams - Lead and coordinate external and internal partnership meetings, including note-taking, deliverable management, and progress tracking - Manage partner onboarding and program management activities using project management tools - Assist partners with training, troubleshooting, and questions related to Lead's systems and processes - Facilitate content governance and change management across external-facing materials - Develop, design, and maintain partnership metrics and reporting - Communicate project expectations and timelines to internal stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, define scope, and develop time estimates - Prioritize workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment - Support other program managers in meetings and related logistics - Provide regular project status updates highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps This role is ideal for collaborative, tenacious project managers who can navigate ambiguity while maintaining industry-leading standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 2-3 years of project or program management experience - Financial services experience (at a financial institution or fintech company) is a plus - Comfort with program/project management tools like Asana, GSuite, Confluence, or ability to learn new systems quickly - Excellent technical troubleshooting and process implementation skills - Strong ability to plan, set priorities, organize, and coordinate work with others - Action-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Client-obsessed with desire to deliver high customer service - Extremely adaptable to change - Excellent communication skills with passion for business and technology - Ability to thrive in fluid environments with high autonomy and self-motivation
