FourKites is hiring a Product Manager to own the Over-the-Road (OTR) visibility portfolio, which includes Truckload, LTL, Parcel, and Last Mile tracking. This is a flagship product line used by some of the world's largest shippers to track billions of dollars of freight daily.
You will own real product outcomes from day one, working hands-on with data, building prototypes, talking directly with enterprise customers, and partnering with engineering and design to ship features that improve adoption, retention, and tracking quality. The role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations and modern software product development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own product outcomes for one or more OTR modes, including tracking quality, ETA accuracy, and carrier coverage
- Track and analyze adoption, engagement, and retention KPIs; identify friction points using usage data, customer interviews, and feedback from Customer Success and Sales
- Build and prioritize a backlog that measurably improves customer stickiness
- Write SQL to explore feature usage, tracking performance, and customer behavior independently
- Use AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor) to build working prototypes, internal tools, and quick analyses
- Work hands-on with product analytics platforms like Pendo to maintain adoption dashboards
- Run discovery sessions, join onboarding calls, QBRs, and support escalations to understand shipper and carrier workflows
- Partner with Engineering and Design through scoping, development, and post-launch monitoring across time zones
- Support Product Marketing with onboarding materials, release notes, and adoption playbooks
**Requirements:**
FourKites is hiring at two levels:
- **Associate Product Manager:** 2–4 years in product management or a related role. Strong background as a Business Analyst, analyst, solutions engineer, or implementation specialist in logistics tech is welcome.
- **Product Manager:** 5+ years, including end-to-end ownership of a product area and a track record of shipping with measurable business impact.
For both levels:
- Practical experience in supply chain or logistics; you understand shipper pain points, carrier dynamics, and how freight moves day to day
- Comfort working hands-on with data: strong SQL, familiarity with analytics tools, and ability to build a data-driven story independently
- Proven use of AI tools to speed up PM work beyond drafting documents (building prototypes, scripts, internal tools); be ready to walk through something you've built this way
- Strong customer engagement skills; you've run discovery calls, written user stories, and can turn qualitative feedback into crisp requirements
- Experience working with distributed engineering teams across time zones
- Ability to work with significant overlap with US Central Time
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with two or more of truckload, LTL, parcel, and last mile
- Prior work on SaaS onboarding flows, feature adoption programs, or customer health scoring
- Experience with Pendo, Amplitude, or similar product analytics tools
- Familiarity with agile development and working directly with engineering squads
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, economics, or another quantitative field
