StubHub is seeking an Associate Product Manager for Paid Search / Acquisition to own the operating system driving one of their core customer acquisition channels across StubHub and viagogo. This role combines product thinking with practical delivery, requiring you to work across commercial goals, technical constraints, advertising platform behavior, and measurement to bring structure to a complex paid search portfolio.
You will identify and deliver improvements to Google Ads campaigns across a large, complex portfolio spanning multiple markets and high campaign volume. Key responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities in campaign structure, bidding, target ROAS, keyword coverage, and ad copy. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Analytical Engineering, and Operations to translate opportunities into clear requirements and delivery plans. Daily coordination is critical—you'll manage owners, timelines, dependencies, and blockers while maintaining an experiment plan with clear hypotheses, success measures, and results tracking. You'll also improve measurement infrastructure, dashboards, and workflows, and document decisions and findings for the team's future use.
The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) based in New York, NY. You'll be part of the Acquisition team, which works across Google and Microsoft Advertising to improve campaign performance and the tools supporting paid search at scale.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required: Extensive hands-on experience directly managing and improving Google Ads campaigns across a large, complex portfolio with multiple markets, high campaign volume, and automated bidding. Deep practical knowledge of campaign structure, bidding, target ROAS, keywords, ads, and performance measurement is essential.
- Required: Demonstrated evidence of Google Ads improvements you personally identified and delivered. You must be able to explain what you changed, why, how you measured results, and what you learned. General marketing, analytics, or platform familiarity alone does not meet this requirement.
- Experience with portfolios representing $100M+ in annual Google Ads spend is preferred.
- Experience working with technical and operations teams to deliver improvements (from paid search, growth, or performance marketing roles).
- Strong analytical judgment to assess test results, explain measurement limitations, and connect campaign performance to revenue and profit.
- Clear communication and reliable follow-through; ability to organize work, clarify priorities, and keep multiple teams aligned.
- Interest in developing product management skills including problem definition, prioritization, and delivery planning, with willingness to own daily coordination and documentation.
- Previous Product Management experience is preferred but not required.
- Microsoft Advertising experience is preferred but not required.
