CloudKitchens is transforming the food delivery industry by converting underutilized properties into smart kitchen facilities that help restaurateurs succeed in online food delivery. The company operates across multiple markets and is expanding rapidly as the online food delivery market grows from $10B to $100B+ in the US. As an Associate Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations at one of CloudKitchens' facilities, managing a dedicated team and serving as a key point of contact for restaurant partners. Your responsibilities span five core areas: **Team Management:** Lead and train facility staff, manage scheduling and performance, oversee a janitorial team to maintain health and safety compliance, and foster a positive work environment. **Sales & Business Development:** Conduct facility tours and lead sales pitches to prospective restaurant partners. Perform general upkeep, handle minor repairs, and coordinate with external vendors for specialized services. You'll work onsite five days a week in the Los Angeles facility. The role offers exposure to a high-growth market, collaboration with experienced colleagues, and the opportunity to directly impact restaurant success in the rapidly expanding food delivery space. **Requirements:** - Operations Management: 2 years (Preferred) - Employee Management/Assistant Management: 2 years (Preferred) - Restaurant Management: 2 years (Preferred) - Property Management: 2 years (Preferred)
