CesiumAstro is seeking an Associate Manager for Production & Material Planning to join our operations team in Westminster, Colorado. In this role, you will oversee production scheduling, material planning, and supply chain coordination for our satellite communication systems, UAV platforms, and launch vehicle components. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to optimize production workflows, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of components and finished systems. This position involves hands-on involvement in process improvement, vendor management, and capacity planning. You will report to senior operations leadership and may supervise production planning staff or coordinate with multiple functional teams. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
