SpotOn is a restaurant technology company providing point-of-sale systems and AI-powered profit tools to independent restaurants. The Associate Manager, Product Implementation role bridges frontline operations and senior leadership, overseeing a small team of implementation specialists.
Key responsibilities include leading and coaching a team of specialists with guidance, feedback, and professional development; monitoring workloads and prioritizing assignments to ensure balanced capacity and on-time delivery; serving as the primary escalation point for technical or process-related issues; and preparing performance reports for senior management. You'll participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
On the client coordination side, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure clear understanding of requirements and project status, maintain solution-oriented communication to foster positive relationships, and coordinate timelines across teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
Project coordination duties include tracking progress against milestones and deadlines, reporting project status and risks to leadership, identifying process inefficiencies and recommending improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive completion.
For product implementation oversight, you'll oversee execution of integration deployments, review and approve platform configurations and workflows, ensure client training and adoption are successfully delivered, serve as an escalation point for technical challenges, and contribute to process improvement and SOP development.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in customer success or related roles; 1+ year of experience managing and developing high-performing teams; extensive experience in software integrations, restaurant operations, and POS systems. Experience in fintech or SaaS environments is preferred. You'll need strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid organizational and time management skills, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple projects concurrently.
