You will lead Truework's Manual Verifications team, a core function processing hundreds of thousands of verifications monthly. This role bridges product and platform execution, requiring strong operational leadership and team management.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of verification specialists through performance management, coaching, mentorship, and professional development
- Manage attendance, schedules, and disciplinary actions while maintaining high performance standards
- Track individual and team KPIs, prepare weekly reports, and escalate critical issues to leadership
- Conduct quality audits, analyze failures, and ensure deliverables meet company standards and SLAs
- Identify performance trends, develop corrective action plans, and implement solutions to address gaps
- Design and facilitate training programs on quality protocols, workflows, product offerings, and customer personas
- Partner with leadership on operational initiatives and cross-functional deliverables
Required experience:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in call center management, operations, or team management
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles
- 2+ years leading projects or peers toward common goals
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize multiple issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proven relationship-building with direct reports, peers, executives, and clients
- Data-driven problem-solving mindset with ability to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Cross-functional collaboration skills and adaptability to change
- A-player mentality with bias for action, urgency, resilience, and ownership
