ComplyAdvantage is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant to support the deployment and configuration of its SaaS-based anti-money laundering (AML) platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating their business requirements into technical implementations and ensuring successful platform adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting clients with AML scenario and rule requests, including new rule builds, amendments, threshold changes, and logic refinements
- Managing the deployment of rule changes to production environments
- Overseeing implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline
- Developing comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company objectives
- Coordinating with Customer Success Managers throughout all project phases
- Monitoring project progress and delivering detailed reports on milestones and deliverables
- Proactively identifying and resolving project roadblocks and issues
- Collaborating with Product Management to provide feedback on current products and input on new features
- Writing technical requirements and business specifications for client implementations
You should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, or sciences (or equivalent experience), plus 1+ years of SaaS or customer-facing experience. Required skills include strong technical acumen, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and excellent English communication. Experience with REST APIs, client IT team collaboration, and systems integration is essential. Knowledge of AML and client onboarding solutions is a plus. You are a self-starter who can execute independently while managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
