Hinge Health is seeking an Associate Growth Marketing Manager to lead direct mail campaign strategy and execution as a key acquisition channel. You will partner with the Direct Mail channel lead and cross-functional teams including Growth Marketing Operations, Data Science, Creative, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Operations to plan, launch, and optimize direct mail campaigns that help prospective members discover Hinge Health's musculoskeletal health platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan and execute direct mail campaigns by managing audience selection, segmentation, mailer formats, messaging, timelines, and launch readiness for prospective member acquisition.
- Manage assigned campaign budgets and forecasts in partnership with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement to ensure spend aligns with approved plans.
- Optimize channel performance by monitoring volume, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and ROI, then translate performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Creative, Copy, Data Science, Operations, and external vendor partners to move campaigns from brief through production, QA, launch, and analysis.
- Support experimentation by helping design and execute tests across targeting, creative, messaging, format, and offers; document results and apply learnings to future campaigns.
- Maintain campaign calendars, briefs, documentation, and reporting to provide visibility on status, performance, risks, and next steps to partners and leadership.
- Share regular performance updates and actionable insights with marketing partners and team leadership.
- Build channel expertise by staying current on direct mail trends, consumer behavior, and emerging acquisition technologies.
You are an analytical optimizer who uses data to identify opportunities and make practical recommendations. You excel at building productive cross-functional relationships with creative, analytics, operations, finance, and external partners. You are curious about testing new audiences, messages, formats, and offers, and you turn experimental results into better decisions. You own execution details from brief through launch and measurement, anticipate dependencies, and communicate risks early.
