Latent is an enterprise pharmacy intelligence platform using clinical AI to streamline prior authorizations, appeals, and 340B compliance. The company has raised $80M in Series A funding led by Spark Capital and Transformation Capital, with backing from General Catalyst, McKesson Ventures, Conviction, and Y Combinator. Over 60 health systems currently use Latent, including Yale New Haven, Mount Sinai, UCSF, and Ochsner. As an Associate Executive Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders in the Partnership organization to support critical business operations and strategic initiatives. This hands-on role offers direct visibility into company priorities and meaningful impact as the organization scales. Key responsibilities include: - Managing complex calendars for multiple executives across time zones, balancing competing priorities and protecting focus time for strategic work - Coordinating internal, customer, and external meetings; preparing agendas, documenting notes, and driving follow-ups to completion - Drafting clear, professional communications on behalf of leadership - Planning domestic travel, creating detailed itineraries, and quickly resolving scheduling delays or changes - Tracking expenses and receipts; supporting offsites, customer visits, and company events - Building organized shared resources, establishing efficient processes, and creating templates that enhance team effectiveness The role is based in the NYC office with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leaders, including complex scheduling and travel coordination - Strong judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail - Clear written and verbal communication abilities with discretion regarding confidential information - Proactive approach: ability to identify what needs to happen and take ownership of execution - Comfort with fast-moving startup environments and proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Superhuman, Slack, Notion, Navan, and Concur
