As an Associate Event Producer on the Fever Originals team, you will support the Executive Producer and Project Manager in all aspects of event production, ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered. You will serve as the primary point of contact on the production side, managing third parties involved in execution, development, and creative deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of event production including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up - Create and maintain production timelines, ensuring teams stay on schedule - Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive alignment and execution - Optimize production costs and processes - Manage vendor quotes, invoices, and P&L updates - Secure event permits and meet insurance requirements - Research and book venues - Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and contract work with legal - Research and periodically support implementation of new production formats, technologies, and solutions - Support domestic and international travel across time zones as needed The role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. You will work Monday–Thursday in the office with the option to work from home on Fridays. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in event production industry - Native/fluent English; other languages a plus - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized, efficient manner - Innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge production solutions - Strong network of vendors and venues - Understanding of technical production requirements - Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and familiarity with permitting processes - Strong data analysis, oral, and written communication skills - Proven track record of successfully produced events - Solution-focused problem-solving approach - Strong interpersonal and project management skills - Ability to think strategically with event partnership briefs and proprietary data - Collaborative, hands-on approach - Knowledge of promotional tools (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus - Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with exceptional attention to detail
