As an Associate Event Producer on the Fever Originals team, you will support the Executive Producer and Project Manager in all aspects of event production, ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered. You will serve as the primary point of contact on the production side, managing third parties involved in execution, development, and production of creative deliverables. Key responsibilities include: - Manage all aspects of event production: pre-production logistics, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up - Create and maintain production timelines, ensuring teams stay on schedule - Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive alignment and execution - Optimize production costs and processes - Manage vendor quotes, invoices, and P&L updates - Secure event permits and meet insurance requirements - Conduct venue research and booking - Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and contract work with legal - Research and support implementation of new production formats, technologies, and solutions - Support domestic and international travel across time zones as needed The role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. You will work Monday–Thursday in the office with the option to work from home on Fridays. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in event production industry - Native/fluent English; other languages a plus - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organize event components efficiently - Innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge production solutions - Strong network of vendors and venues - Understanding of technical production requirements - Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and familiarity with permitting processes - Strong data analysis, oral, and written communication skills - Thrive in fast-paced environments with flexible, detailed, analytical mindset - Solution-focused problem-solving approach - Proven track record of building positive working relationships - Ability to think strategically with event partnership briefs and data insights - Collaborative, hands-on approach - Knowledge of promotional tools (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus - Huge appetite for learning and ability to pick up new skills quickly
