As an Associate Event Producer on the Fever Originals team, you will support the Executive Producer and Project Manager in all aspects of event production, ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered. You will serve as the primary point of contact on the production side, managing third parties involved in execution, development, and creative deliverables.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of production: pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up
- Creating production timelines and ensuring teams stay on schedule
- Communicating and collaborating with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive alignment and execution
- Optimizing production costs and processes
- Managing vendor quotes, invoices, and P&L updates
- Securing event permits and meeting insurance requirements
- Researching and booking venues
- Handling administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and contract work with legal
- Researching and implementing new production formats, technologies, and solutions to enhance experiences
- Domestic and international travel across time zones as needed
The role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organizational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in event production industry
- Fluent in Spanish and English (other languages a plus)
- Interior design/architecture background preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and pull together multiple event aspects in an organized, efficient way
- Innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge production solutions
- Strong network of vendors and venues
- Understanding of technical production requirements
- Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and familiarity with permitting processes
- Huge appetite for learning and ability to pick up new skills quickly
- Solution-focused problem-solving approach
- Strong communication skills and proven track record of building positive working relationships
- Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
- Ability to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent
- Strategic thinking when faced with event partnership briefs or proprietary data analysis
- Collaborative and willing to get hands-on
- Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus
- Track record of successfully produced events with strong data analysis, oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable delivering results in ambiguous environments while being exceptionally detail-oriented
