Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Execution to join the Strategic Execution team supporting the Tactical Reconnaissance and Strike (TRS) division in Costa Mesa, California. This role sits at the intersection of business development, operations, and finance, driving growth operations for the company's aerial drone portfolio (Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, Altius systems). Key responsibilities include partnering cross-functionally with Business Development, Division Operations, and FP&A teams to manage sales pipelines, refine strategic reporting, and prioritize resources aligned with aggressive growth targets. You will analyze top-line data, maintain total addressable market (TAM) assignments, and translate sales pipeline demand into planning inputs that surface trends and enable data-backed decision-making. The role requires proactively identifying and addressing recurring business process challenges through quantitative analysis, driving innovative and sustainable process improvements. You will leverage advanced data analysis to distill complex information into strategic narratives for executive stakeholders, enabling faster and more informed decisions. Additionally, you will execute multiple special projects across various functional areas as they arise. Required qualifications include 4-10 years of varied experience in an operating role at a high-growth company, finance, or consulting. You must demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfort navigating ambiguity, strong detail orientation, and data-driven decision-making. Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is essential. You should be both tactical and strategic, capable of working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of defense acquisitions, government business development, government contract structures, and proposal processes. Prior military or contracting experience, or experience within the DoD or government sector, is valued. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance is preferred.
