DTX Pharma (a Novartis company) seeks an Associate Director for Marketing Business Excellence to drive transformation initiatives within the Integrated Marketing Organization (IMO). This is a key strategic role reporting to the Business Excellence leader, part of a 5-7 person team across Mexico City and Hyderabad NOCCs (Novartis Operating Companies). You will lead business excellence initiatives focused on NOCC build-up, AI/technology adoption, process excellence, location strategy, strategic workforce planning, and organizational health. Core responsibilities include: partnering with IMO leadership to identify transformation opportunities; establishing business excellence in work delivery; project managing cross-functional monitoring and reporting on US leadership team programs (Process Excellence, AI adoption, Location Strategy, Workforce Planning, Org Health); and supporting implementation planning, budgeting, resourcing, and change management. Key deliverables involve maintaining project documentation, dashboards, and KPI tracking to enable leadership visibility; driving adherence to PMO methodologies; ensuring seamless execution against timelines; and preparing periodic governance reports on Business Excellence progress. You'll work across functions to align projects, manage dependencies and risks, and challenge peers and senior management to deliver greater impact. Required: 5-7 years professional experience, proven ability to manage without direct authority in matrix environments, excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Highly preferred: top-tier management consulting background, process excellence experience, and technology/AI application to business problems. Strong communication (written and oral), customer engagement, and executive-level reporting skills essential. University degree required; MBA or equivalent desirable. Fluent English (verbal and written). Role is hybrid: 3 days per week in-office at Novartis Hyderabad; 2 days remote.
