Assembled is a unified platform that orchestrates human agents and AI at scale for customer support operations. The company serves customers like Canva, Etsy, and Robinhood, providing AI agents for end-to-end case resolution, AI copilot for agent assistance, and AI-powered workforce management. Backed by $71M from NEA, Emergence Capital, and Stripe, Assembled is building the platform for effective AI and human collaboration. As an Associate Deployment Strategist, you'll be an early member of the Deployments Team, leading the technical deployment process and driving customer relationships during onboarding. You'll help shape deployment processes as the company scales, managing customer projects from technical setup through go-live while driving revenue conversion, retention, and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include building customer relationships and guiding technical deployment projects across all customer segments; exploring and documenting product functionality across the web application and API to build expertise; developing and refining deployment best practices; improving internal efficiencies and customer experience; collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering; acting as a liaison between customers and the product organization to drive the roadmap; and setting the tone for customer engagement. You bring 3+ years of customer-facing experience supporting technical products or services, with implementation management, consulting, and/or SaaS/AI experience preferred. You have experience working with APIs and integrations, enjoy partnering with customers to drive outcomes, and take pride in guiding them through successful platform deployments. You're curious and lean technical—comfortable exploring data, parsing code, writing SQL, and picking up new technical skills to unblock work. You think strategically while staying in the weeds, identifying trends from customer conversations and market insights. You have grit and determination to push through roadblocks in unstructured environments, juggle competing priorities, and keep stakeholders informed. You embrace a growth mindset, aren't afraid to try new things, and thrive on feedback. You're collaborative, humble, and helpful—a great team member who balances individual priorities with team needs.
