As an Associate Deployment Strategist, you will own customer deployments from discovery and workflow design through execution, launch, and ongoing success. You'll serve as the executive point of contact for mid-market customer deployments, working closely with customers, Agent Delivery Engineers, Product, Sales, and Success teams to translate complex business processes into reliable AI agent workflows.
Key responsibilities include leading customer discovery to understand workflows and constraints, translating business processes into executable AI agent workflows, partnering with engineers to validate and execute technically, configuring and testing agent configurations, owning deployment plans and timelines, leading customer kickoffs and milestone reviews, managing scope changes and escalations, and improving deployment processes over time. You'll travel approximately 25% for key customer milestones and kickoffs.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable in fast-moving environments. You'll help create deployment playbooks rather than inherit fully built ones, sitting at the center of customer deployment, product feedback, and operational execution. Success means customers have clearly defined workflows aligned to their business reality, deployments stay on track despite complexity, executives feel informed and trust Pallet as a partner, and internal teams are aligned and coordinated around customer outcomes.
Required experience includes 1+ years in customer-facing, operations, implementation, consulting, product, support, or technical project roles. You should have strong organization and follow-through across multiple workstreams, clear written and verbal communication, comfort working with customers and asking thoughtful questions, ability to break down complex workflows into clear steps, interest in AI and automation, strong analytical skills and attention to detail, and comfort with spreadsheets and presentation tools.
