As Associate Customer Program Manager, you will work directly with US-based customers to increase the velocity and quality of products delivered. You'll use agility, problem-solving skills, and customer service advocacy to support multiple customers across manufacturing orders fulfilled in different regions worldwide. Key responsibilities include: • Customer Management: Serve as customers' primary ally at Fictiv, ensuring seamless and high-quality experiences while nurturing relationships and resolving issues to drive loyalty. • Case Management: Concurrently manage multiple manufacturing orders with various customers and internal operations teams, prioritizing requests to address product development needs and meet expectations for timing and quality. • Communication: Gather, interpret, and communicate engineering, design, manufacturing, and logistics requirements to ensure on-time, complete delivery. • Collaboration: Work with sales and manufacturing operations teams to ensure successful customer delivery and advocate for customers throughout the project lifecycle, including post-delivery exceptions. • Program Management: Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline standards. • Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement areas and collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and define solutions that increase efficiency. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or MBA; 4+ years of experience in program management, project management, supply chain, or customer-facing operations roles; experience supporting NPI, low-volume production, or rapid prototyping programs. PMP certification and project management/operations knowledge preferred. You must be organized with strong time management and prioritization skills, excellent attention to detail, personable demeanor, outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, and fluency in English. The role requires working in a fast-paced operations environment with tight deadlines and high standards. Work schedule: 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday (aligned with US Pacific business hours). Hybrid arrangement: 3 nights in office, 2 nights remote.
