As an Associate Community Manager, you'll serve as a day-to-day point of contact for prospective and existing investors, supporting their journey from initial interest through investment and ongoing engagement. You'll respond to investor inquiries via email, phone, webinars, and events, providing timely and accurate support using internal playbooks and approved resources.
Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with investors and internal stakeholders, delivering high-touch customer service across the investor lifecycle, anticipating needs and resolving issues with professionalism, and supporting investor onboarding and engagement efforts. You'll collaborate closely with Managing Partners, Community Managers, and senior leaders to support fundraising initiatives, fund operations, club programs, and syndication activities. You'll also assist with virtual events, investor meetings, and operational processes.
This role sits at the intersection of customer success, relationship management, investor relations, and financial services operations. While prior venture capital experience is not required, successful candidates are typically interested in investing, entrepreneurship, startups, financial markets, or business strategy. The company operates a 5-day-a-week in-office culture emphasizing collaboration, mentorship, and shared momentum. You'll gain hands-on exposure to venture capital, startup investing, investor relations, and fund operations through direct mentorship and training from senior leadership.
