Salary: USD 109,000 - 140,175 / annual
Vuori, an athletic apparel company, is seeking an Associate Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) environment. Reporting to the Manager of Business Systems, you will work closely with business stakeholders, senior analysts, developers, and implementation partners to support enterprise applications with a focus on operations.
In this role, you will support daily D365 F&O operations and related enterprise applications through business analysis, system configuration, testing, documentation, and production support. You will assist with gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements; configure and test D365 F&O functionality under senior guidance; and participate in system enhancement projects, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving production support issues, creating and maintaining documentation (business requirements, test scripts, process flows, training materials), coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, and supporting business users during testing cycles. You will work with stakeholders and IT teams to identify opportunities for system and process improvements, support integrations between D365 F&O and other enterprise applications, monitor system performance, and stay informed about new D365 F&O features relevant to the business.
This is an on-site role requiring 4+ days per week presence at the Carlsbad, CA headquarters. The position offers exposure to enterprise integrations, supply chain, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field and/or equivalent years of experience preferred
- 4+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, or business process improvement initiatives
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics AX, or another enterprise ERP platform
- Experience participating in system testing, user acceptance testing, or production support activities
- Familiarity with business analysis techniques, process documentation, and requirements gathering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with business users, project teams, and external partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, Azure DevOps, or Jira is a plus
- Awareness of ERP integrations and data interfaces is preferred
- Retail, apparel, wholesale, or consumer goods industry experience is a plus
