The Air Defense team builds networked sensors and effectors that detect, track, identify, and defeat unmanned aerial system (UAS) threats. This team spans product, engineering, sales, logistics, operations, and mission success functions, developing and sustaining the Air Defense Family of Systems in challenging operational environments worldwide.
As Associate, Business & Revenue Operations, you will partner across the business to design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools and systems supporting growth and business operations teams. You will own data hygiene backing the growth pipeline and generate critical analyses directly impacting the business line's economics.
Key responsibilities include: building and iterating on planning, forecasting, and operational processes; developing bespoke analyses and operating rhythms to improve data accuracy and reporting; partnering directly with Business Development, sales, and finance teams; managing CRM and operational tools; and identifying process improvements that enhance efficiency and decision-making.
This role requires strong analytical skills, process improvement expertise, and experience working cross-functionally. You will take ownership of workstreams, form data-backed perspectives, and thrive in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
