Jerry.ai is building an AI-powered super app to make car ownership affordable and accessible, covering insurance, buying/selling, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, and more across a $2T market. The company has achieved profitability, raised $240M in funding, scaled revenue 70X over five years, and grown to 5M+ customers across 225 employees in 6 countries. They are now scaling from 5M to 50M customers with ambitions to reach $10B valuation.
As an Associate in Business Operations & Analytics, you will be a key driver of data-driven decision-making across the company's most critical initiatives, including carrier growth, product development from 0-1, and operational optimization. You will partner with the VP of BizOps & Analytics (ex-BCG, Better) and work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business development teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies
- Leading the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features to inform product and business strategies
- Defining, understanding, and testing levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth
- Identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency
- Leveraging advanced machine learning models to conduct in-depth analyses and extract insights that shape growth strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
- 1+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group preferred) OR relevant experience in business analysis/operations
- High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis
- Framework for problem-solving and first-principles thinking
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from front-line employees to C-suite
- High personal standards and commitment to excellence
