ServiceNow's Advanced Technology Group (ATG) is seeking an Associate Machine Learning Engineer to build intelligent, AI-powered solutions that transform enterprise service workflows and user experiences. You will work within a customer-focused innovation team of researchers, applied scientists, engineers, and product managers with a dual mission: evolving the AI platform while building products and end-to-end AI-powered work experiences that unlock new capabilities for the future.
In this role, you will:
- Build cloud-based AI/ML solutions to power intelligent enterprise services
- Collaborate daily with developers, product managers, and quality engineers to produce high-quality software
- Partner with product owners to understand requirements and own code from design through implementation, testing, and delivery
- Develop solutions that enable any user—regardless of technical knowledge—to leverage AI/ML capabilities to operate enterprise services at scale

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- Expertise in Java or Python, OOP, design patterns, and time/space-efficient algorithms
- Experience building new products that use challenging algorithms
- Expertise in coding efficient, object-oriented, modularized, and quality software
- Knowledge of core AI/ML techniques and algorithms
- Knowledge of unit testing, profiling, and code tuning
