Infleqtion is seeking an Assembly, Integration and Test (AI&T) IPT Lead to own the integration and verification flow for their QRF portfolio, transforming components and subassemblies into hardware configurations ready for customer delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role that bridges technical execution and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own subsystem and full QRF system builds from early prototypes through scalable production, serving internal and external programs
- Lead integration planning, build flow, readiness gates, test execution, anomaly management, and delivery coordination
- Build and manage a diverse technical team including project, manufacturing, systems, quality, and test engineers
- Develop and maintain integration procedures, test procedures, travelers, configuration records, and customer acceptance evidence
- Plan and execute functional, interface, environmental, optical, vacuum, electrical, and system-level verification activities
- Lead technical readiness reviews, failure investigations, and recovery planning
- Ensure compliance with laser safety, high voltage, vacuum, cleanliness, ESD, and facility constraints
- Track AI&T schedule, resources, risks, and program reporting metrics
- Interface with engineering, physics, and systems teams on test procedures, manufacturing methods, and validation artifacts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 8+ years in assembly, integration, test, verification, or systems test for complex hardware
- Aerospace hardware experience required, including integration and verification of flight or flight-relevant hardware
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams through build, checkout, anomaly resolution, and delivery
- Experience writing/approving integration procedures, verification reports, and readiness packages
- Strong knowledge of configuration control, test discipline, safety, quality, and hardware handling
- Excellent communication skills for technical teams and program leadership
Preferred Experience:
- "Go fast" program experience with tight schedules
- Complex hardware/software/firmware systems or field-deployed sensors
- Optical, laser/LIDAR, UHV, high-voltage, or precision electromechanical systems
- TRR, ATP, environmental test campaigns, and formal delivery packages
- GSE/MGSE/EGSE readiness management
- EVM, CAM, or cost/schedule variance reporting
Note: This role may require access to export-controlled information under EAR/ITAR regulations. Travel may be required for customer meetings, supplier visits, and test campaigns.
