Rohlik is expanding operations and strengthening its warehouse team in Liboc, Prague. This is a unique opportunity to become a key figure in the warehouse operation, bring new momentum to the facility, and lead a functioning shift team.
This role is not a desk job—it's a leadership position directly in the action on the warehouse floor. You will have direct influence on how the Liboc warehouse operates, the culture within it, and how smoothly daily logistics run.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the shift team, plan and allocate work, and build team spirit
- Manage and take responsibility for key performance indicators (KPIs) with the goal of continuously increasing shift efficiency
- Work with real-time data, monitor metrics, and evaluate operational performance
- Identify bottlenecks and actively propose and implement process improvements
- Collaborate closely with other departments and warehouse leaders to ensure smooth flow of goods
- Work shift schedules (12-hour shifts, 6:00-18:00, rotating short/long week pattern)

Requirements:
- Proven experience leading and motivating people in a dynamic environment
- Active English for daily work communication with colleagues and task resolution
- User-level PC skills for data evaluation and work with internal systems
- Responsible, reliable, and independent approach with desire to develop
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage but not required
