ShipBob is seeking an Area Manager for Fulfillment Operations at its Bethlehem, Pennsylvania facility. This is a people-first leadership role responsible for directly managing and developing a team of leads and associates within the fulfillment center.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a team of fulfillment leads and associates
- Driving process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Tracking and analyzing operational performance across key metrics
- Fostering employee engagement and creating a positive team culture
- Collaborating with peers and senior leadership to achieve facility goals
The role operates on a Sunday-Wednesday, 4:30 PM–3:00 AM shift schedule at the Hanoverville Road facility in Bethlehem.
