Crosby is an AI-native law firm that combines human legal expertise with proprietary technology to help companies execute commercial contracts faster and better. Founded by experienced legal and startup operators, Crosby serves ambitious clients like Cursor, Ramp, and Cognition. As an Operations team member, you will own mission-critical workflows that blend human judgment with machine automation to deliver legal work at scale. This is a core business function and competitive advantage, not a support role. Key responsibilities include: - Owning end-to-end operational workflows across legal delivery, quality control, training, and client success - Designing and implementing new processes from conception through rollout - Partnering with product and engineering to prototype and deploy internal tools that increase throughput and reduce errors - Defining and operationalizing Crosby's playbooks, training systems, and incentive structures as the firm scales - Optimizing complex human-in-the-loop workflows and cracking automation opportunities You should have 2–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, finance, or similarly analytical, high-pressure, execution-focused environments. Founders are particularly encouraged to apply. You demonstrate deep curiosity about how systems work and how they can improve, with proven ability to own complex projects end-to-end in ambiguous or high-stakes settings. You're excited about in-person collaboration with a team that values precision, pace, and constant reinvention. Interest in law or legal services is a plus but not required—this is fundamentally an operations role. Compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications. The company offers unlimited PTO, daily meals, comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision), HSA/FSA, One Medical membership, 401(k) match, and an in-office desk setup stipend.
