A key aspect of this role is extensive use of AI coding tools and agentic engineering workflows to accelerate implementation, testing, refactoring, and debugging while maintaining accountability for architecture, correctness, security, and maintainability. Mistral's teams are distributed across Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East. The company emphasizes a collaborative, low-ego culture with a focus on innovation and solving hard problems in high-stakes industries.
