Relativity Space is building advanced rockets (Terran R vehicle) to deliver payloads to orbit using cutting-edge 3D printing and manufacturing technology. The Information Technology team provides critical computing infrastructure, software services, networking, and security across the organization.
As an Application Administrator II, you will serve as both a technical administrator and business consultant, helping teams across Relativity collaborate and manage work through enterprise productivity platforms. The role balances stakeholder engagement with technical implementation, governance, and system health.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, workflows, and operational challenges
- Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions and recommend tools, processes, or integrations
- Evaluate whether requests should be addressed through existing capabilities, platform enhancements, or alternative solutions
- Configure and maintain Jira projects, Confluence spaces, workflows, automations, forms, dashboards, and related platform capabilities
- Provide user enablement, training, and documentation
- Ensure platform governance, security compliance, and system performance
- Monitor usage patterns and recommend process improvements
The primary platforms are Jira and Confluence, but the role extends into process analysis, solution design, and governance. You'll work across engineering, manufacturing, software, avionics, and corporate functions to support the factory of the future.
