In this role, you will lead logistics and supply chain operations within your assigned zone. Key responsibilities include:
• Implement and adjust the supply plan for your area based on technical, raw material, safety, and personnel factors
• Supervise daily operations and coordinate with support services
• Develop and deploy cross-functional capabilities among operators in your scope
• Collect anomalies, investigate root causes, and document dysfunctions
• Maintain activity tracking systems including dashboards, KPIs, incident logs, and quality metrics
• Conduct regular site walks to verify compliance with operational standards
• Ensure seamless coordination between upstream and downstream processes
You will also own safety compliance, enforce 5S standards, alert stakeholders to risk situations, train operators on their zones and onboarding, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 3 years of industrial experience in a similar logistics/operations leadership role
• Strong proficiency with IT tools and systems
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and lead/animate a zone or sector
• Versatility, team spirit, and strict adherence to protocols (schedules, safety, cleanliness)
• Reactivity and adaptability when facing unexpected challenges
• CACES certifications 1, 3, and 5 (forklift and materials handling licenses)
