Join Ledger's Data Team as an Analytics Engineer, responsible for transforming data into actionable insights for consumer sales and marketing operations. You will own analytics across Ledger's full consumer sales scope, including e-commerce, Amazon marketplaces, wholesale, and reseller channels, building a unified view of revenue, units, and margin in Snowflake.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain data models using dbt and Snowflake across diverse data sources (sales, sell-out, marketing, web analytics), with support from the data engineering team; co-own data quality alerting for SKUs, refunds, and sales anomalies
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for business stakeholders covering e-commerce performance, wholesale, reseller sell-out, affiliation, editorial content, and shipping costs
- Own measurement of performance marketing channels (SEM, Google Ads, affiliation, retargeting, Amazon Ads), tracking spend, revenue attribution, ROAS, and CAC across GA4, ad platforms, and internal sales data
- Measure the impact of pricing, promotional, and marketing campaigns using causal inference methods (CausalImpact, pre-post analysis, control/synthetic groups) and recommend budget decisions to the Growth team
- Model customer value metrics (LTV, repurchase behavior, services attach) and integrate findings into marketing ROI decisions
- Contribute to cross-functional data projects including Salesforce data modeling and new data source integrations; leverage AI tooling (Claude, LLM-based workflows) to scale analytics delivery
- Create presentations translating complex analyses into clear recommendations for stakeholders, including executive leadership

Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering
- Strong SQL and dbt skills (Snowflake)
- Python for analysis and statistics; experience with causal inference methods is a strong plus
- Strong Tableau skills
- Familiarity with marketing and web analytics data: GA4, ad platforms (Google Ads, Amazon Ads), affiliation networks
- Data-driven and business-oriented mindset; ability to challenge stakeholders' methodology
- Excellent organizational skills and fluent English
