The Procurement function at Nesto is a growing team supporting the organization's 1,300+ employees. This Procurement Analyst role exists to handle daily procurement requests across the company and enable the procurement team to build and scale its processes. The function is still evolving, offering the opportunity to shape its development.
In this role, you will manage procurement requests from across the organization, serve as a reliable partner to stakeholders in IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams, and maintain organized, well-documented workflows that enable seamless handoffs. You will help establish and refine procurement processes, work cross-functionally to understand departmental needs, and contribute to building procurement best practices as the function matures.
This is a hybrid position based in Montreal with required office presence 2 days per week. The role offers exposure to a high-growth fintech with strong market recognition and the chance to build procurement capabilities from the ground up.
