You will manage the complete identity and access lifecycle, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding. Key responsibilities include administering access provisioning, modification, review, and revocation across corporate systems; conducting periodic permission reviews to identify excessive, improper, or role-incompatible access; supporting the development and evolution of access matrices, security policies, and controls; and identifying risks and improvement opportunities in IAM processes.
You will develop and enhance automation solutions to make IAM processes more efficient, secure, and scalable, and explore AI applications for access analysis, anomaly detection, and process optimization. You will also support audits and track governance and compliance indicators.

**Requirements:**
- Practical experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Knowledge of provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review processes
- Familiarity with authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and permission management concepts
- Understanding of least privilege, segregation of duties, and role-based access control (RBAC) principles
- Experience with access governance, risk analysis, and information security controls
- Knowledge of security best practices and standards such as ISO 27001 and LGPD
