As an Alternatives Data Management (ADM) Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding and implementation of Addepar's ADM solution for clients. You will work directly with investment firms, guiding them through the process of integrating alternatives data into their existing Addepar platform. Your core responsibilities include leading ADM implementation projects through client management, project management, and solution design. You will ensure the ADM solution integrates seamlessly with each client's existing Addepar infrastructure and develop plans to address any compatibility gaps. Key responsibilities include: leading end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for ADM clients; managing project timelines and deliverables while maintaining client satisfaction; working cross-functionally with Data, Product, Client Management, and Sales teams; context-switching effectively to manage multiple simultaneous projects; identifying opportunities to improve processes and methodologies as the platform expands; and maintaining proactive, consultative communication with clients. You will need 2-3+ years of professional experience in finance, technology, project management, and/or consulting. Ideal candidates have experience with alternative investment data, strong project management skills, and a solution-oriented mindset. You should be independent, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills are essential. Experience with the Addepar platform is a plus. Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from day one; visa sponsorship is not available.
