Neko Health is redefining preventative care through data-driven insights delivered in a single, non-invasive visit under an hour. The company combines proprietary technology with direct clinical care to provide personalized, actionable health insights before symptoms appear. The AI Acceleration Specialist is a consultant-builder role that works across Neko's teams to embed AI capabilities into internal workflows. You will build solutions directly, teach teams to build them, or design solutions and hand them over. The role is embedded in the internal product development lifecycle (discovery, building, distribution, adoption, iteration) and success is measured by adoption and impact, not activity. In your first 6–12 months, you will: • Develop fluency in the internal product development lifecycle and apply it in every engagement without step-by-step direction. • Own workflows from discovery through adoption, ensuring they stay in use. Success is tracked from the start with adoption metrics (not just build completion). • Conduct consulting engagements—tracked by one-to-ones and team sessions—that help others learn and unblock challenges. • Map and redesign at least two high-value workflows with their owning teams, establishing before-and-after metrics in hours saved or cost reduction. • Own the AI Acceleration intake and tracking process end-to-end, reducing manual coordination within a defined remit. The team thinks in 10x improvements, not incremental gains. You will work with a mission-driven organization where every role contributes to making prevention the norm and helping people live longer, healthier lives. REQUIREMENTS: • One to three examples of taking a business problem, listening to it, and building and deploying a solution, with at least one owned end-to-end on moderate complexity with limited guidance. Internships, early roles, and strong projects count. • High trainability and growth mindset: learns fast and applies learning without being asked. • Process mapping experience or demonstrated willingness to learn quickly (short course available). • Working familiarity with applied AI: large language models, context, retrieval, agents, connectors, and evaluation. • Bias toward adoption: goes back, watches teams work with solutions, and helps troubleshoot what is not landing. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Background in GTM engineering, solutions consulting, or AI operations. • Empathy and supportive instinct: can teach non-engineers and stay with teams through a build. • Interest in systems thinking: sees AI Acceleration itself as a workflow worth improving.
