Salary: USD 131,000 - 220,000 / annual
Infleqtion, a global quantum technology company, is seeking an Assembly, Integration and Test (AI&T) IPT Lead for the QGG Pathfinder program. This role owns the complete integration and verification flow that transforms subassemblies into flight-ready hardware configurations for customer delivery.
You will serve as the hands-on floor lead for AI&T operations, responsible for integration planning, build flow execution, readiness gate management, test execution, anomaly resolution, and delivery coordination. You will own the comprehensive AI&T plan, integration sequence, test readiness criteria, and ground support equipment (GSE/MGSE/EGSE/OGSE) requirements from planning through system delivery.
Key responsibilities include coordinating daily and weekly execution across subsystem integrated product teams (IPTs), systems engineering, quality, procurement, and program controls. You will develop and maintain integration procedures, test procedures, travelers, configuration records, test data packages, and customer acceptance evidence. You will plan and execute functional, interface, environmental, optical, vacuum, electrical, and system-level verification activities.
You will lead technical readiness reviews (TRR-style), readiness reviews, failure and anomaly investigations, and recovery planning. You will ensure all integration and test activities comply with laser safety, high voltage, vacuum, cleanliness, handling, ESD, and facility constraints. You will drive readiness for facility, instrumentation, shipping, handling, and safety inputs, and track AI&T schedule, resource needs, open issues, risks, and earned value/estimate-to-complete impacts for program reporting.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience), 8+ years in assembly, integration, test, verification, production test, or systems test for complex hardware, and demonstrated aerospace hardware experience including integration, verification, environmental test, and delivery of flight or flight-relevant hardware. You must have led multidisciplinary integration/test teams through build, checkout, anomaly resolution, and delivery, and have experience writing or approving integration/test procedures, travelers, verification reports, readiness packages, and sell-off evidence.
Preferred experience includes work on high-schedule-criticality programs, complex space payloads, flight hardware, optical/laser/LIDAR systems, UHV environments, high-voltage systems, precision electromechanical systems, embedded electronics, quantum/AMO laboratory systems, TRR/ATP/environmental test campaigns, customer-witnessed testing, formal delivery packages, GSE/MGSE readiness management, and earned value management (EVM) or cost/schedule variance reporting.
