As an AI Workshop Instructor, you will deliver technical content across Multiverse's AI for Business Value and AI-Powered Productivity Programmes. You'll facilitate workshops and drop-in sessions for apprentices, helping them understand how AI solves business problems and develop knowledge aligned with apprenticeship standards.
You will be part of Multiverse's diverse delivery team of industry experts, educators, and academics, reporting to a Delivery Lead. A structured 3-week onboarding programme covers modern teaching methodologies, technical upskilling aligned with apprenticeship standards, and practical coaching with rigorous feedback.
Key responsibilities include:
- Confidently facilitate technical learning sessions, ensuring delivery against learning objectives within allocated time
- Adhere to the Coach Quality framework for consistent session quality and apprentice experience
- Create vibrant, inclusive, motivating learning environments that drive engagement and satisfaction
- Moderate assignments using mark schemes, providing constructive feedback for continuous development
- Maintain an owner's mentality—proactively supporting apprentice progress and success
- Liaise regularly with coaches and operations to align on apprentice interventions and development
- Stay current with product updates and industry knowledge to effectively support apprentices
- Build credibility by leveraging professional experience, domain knowledge, and client context
- Articulate Multiverse's mission and value proposition, helping apprentices connect throughout their journey
This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid flexibility (in-office once per month for instructors, with work-from-anywhere opportunities up to 10 days annually).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in AI, Software Development, or Business Analysis roles
- Strong written and on-camera communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adjust communication approaches for technical and non-technical audiences
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in online classroom settings
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends
- Demonstrated industry experience applying AI to create ROI in business contexts
- Deep interest in generative AI with regular hands-on use of AI tools
- Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Passion for developing others' skills and alignment with Multiverse's mission of equitable access to economic opportunity
Desirable qualifications:
- Prior experience delivering formal training or coaching on AI, data, or digital transformation topics
- Certifications or deep familiarity with AI tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini for Google Workspace, Microsoft Copilot Studio)
- Curriculum development or instructional design experience
- Postgraduate qualification (Master's degree) in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or Digital Transformation
- Experience with programming, digital transformation, or machine learning model creation
- Demonstrated alignment with Multiverse's stated company values
