Within is a Series B AI company ($91M raised, 7x growth YoY) building AI agents that discover how work actually happens across organizations, structure it into a living Context Graph, and continuously improve it. Customers include OpenAI, Google, DoorDash, and Stripe.
You will own a significant part of Within's partner delivery practice—working with global systems integrators, Big Four consulting firms, and specialist advisory companies who drive transformation for Fortune 500 clients on the Within platform. This is a high-ownership, high-growth role requiring a doer and builder mentality.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive time-to-value for customers by owning structured onboarding and implementation sprints, targeting key milestones within 20-30 days. You'll manage day-to-day coordination, customer communication, and progress tracking.
- Co-deliver through the partner ecosystem: work alongside systems integrators and consulting partners on indirect-delivery engagements, set scope and quality expectations, catch drift early, and ensure partner-run implementations deliver measurable customer outcomes.
- Support strategic advisory and consulting by partnering with senior leads on executive-facing deliverables (journey maps, readouts, change deployment sessions) and grow into leading these independently.
- Spot unaddressed problems and expansion opportunities mid-engagement, scope them crisply, and turn them into next solutions—core input to Sales and Delivery Leads for account growth.
- Improve how Within works by spotting friction in the implementation process and proposing fixes; you'll make the playbook better, not just follow it.
- Be the connective tissue between field learnings (direct and partner-led engagements) and Product/Sales teams. Your front-line observations drive how Within evolves.
Success metrics include time-to-value attainment across engagements, partner co-delivery quality and outcomes, new solution/expansion opportunities scoped and handed off, internal process improvements deployed, and NRR/GDR across your partner book.
The hiring process includes an in-person onsite with four components: enablement design (build a certification module), quality standard assessment (elevate a partner deliverable to Within standard), tool prototype (build an agent or automation addressing a real bottleneck), and customer/executive communication (present findings in Executive Readout format).
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Consulting-grade problem structuring: understanding of operational design and process engineering, with judgment to apply the right level of structure
- Executive presence: ability to think abstractly and communicate at all levels—executive facilitation, storytelling, user journey design, customer experience, product thinking
- Sharp analytical thinking: structure ambiguous problems fast, reason from data, move between root-cause detail and executive narrative fluidly
- Design thinking and change management depth: player-coach who multiplies teams with experience and scales with AI
- Partner fluency: comfortable scoping and co-delivering through partner ecosystems, briefing systems integrators or consulting partners, holding workstreams to a bar, staying accountable for customer outcomes
- Outcome-oriented and creatively scrappy: hypothesize, hustle, hone; know when to bend frameworks, create two-way doors, be a technological self-starter, treat setbacks as learning
- Background in consulting or transformation-adjacent delivery roles (management consulting, technology/implementation consulting, advisory environments) with hands-on experience scoping and running structured workstreams end-to-end
- Solutioning instinct: given a live customer problem with no pre-built answer, shape it into a scoped, sellable next engagement
- Comfort with ambiguity: scope problems, make plans, execute without perfect information
- Clear communication across levels: crisp Slack messages and clean executive summaries
- Active use of automation, no-code tools, and AI workflows with curiosity and speed to learn
- Bonus: enterprise SaaS experience, Six Sigma process design, formal change management
