The team owns deployment and early adoption, leads strategic growth initiatives post-sale, and partners cross-functionally to inform product roadmap, sales strategy, and executive account management. Key responsibilities include: developing expertise with leading LLMs (Opus 4.6, GPT-5.2, Gemini 3, etc.) and becoming a subject matter expert in Hebbia's product and features; building domain expertise in complex banking, financial, and legal workflows of users (e.g., credit agreements, lease documents); becoming a core advisor who deeply understands customer stakeholders and drives value and growth as a trusted AI advisor; identifying and capturing value with customers as a key driver of land-and-expand commercial strategy; defining and enhancing internal processes and workflows to shape the post-sales team and improve customer experience; and operating with autonomy and clarity in fast-moving, unstructured environments to distill complex problems and drive actionable solutions. You will thrive on solving complex problems, building meaningful partnerships, and helping define how AI reshapes finance. This role is based in the London office, 5 days per week.
