This hybrid senior role in Boston combines scaled customer success program design with direct account ownership. You will spend roughly half your time architecting and executing scaled customer education and lifecycle programs—designing curricula, building an academy, creating digital onboarding journeys, hosting live workshops, and instrumenting everything to measure impact on retention. The other half involves owning a book of hundreds of scaled-segment accounts, managing renewals, monitoring account health, guiding customers through deployment and adoption, and surfacing product feedback and expansion signals.
You'll report into the customer success organization and work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing. Your book of accounts serves as both a test bed and live classroom—what you prove there becomes the playbook for the entire CS team. Success is measured by gross retention (DRR/GRR), net active builders, net load-bearing apps, education completion and engagement metrics, program performance, and the leverage of motions that graduate to company-wide adoption.
The ideal candidate brings 6–8+ years in scaled success, customer success, customer education, or post-sales roles with direct renewal ownership and a strong retention track record. You have deep experience designing and delivering one-to-many programs at scale: curricula, learning paths, academies, webinars, digital onboarding, lifecycle email, or community. You're comfortable prototyping with modern tools (including Lovable itself), automating workflows, and using AI to extend reach. You write and present sharply, form data-driven hypotheses, and thrive in ambiguity with a bias to ship. Bonus experience includes consumption/credit-based pricing, PLG-to-enterprise motion, or developer/builder-adjacent products.
