Apheris operates the industry's largest federated data networks for drug discovery AI, covering co-folding, ADMET, and antibody developability. Leading pharmaceutical companies train higher-performing models on this data without exposing proprietary information, and Apheris delivers those models through Apheris Foundry, a drug discovery platform. You will scope and establish new networks, execute programs end-to-end with top-tier pharma partners, and drive adoption of Apheris Foundry into their live drug discovery workflows—moving beyond evaluation to production use. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where you'll be the trusted contact for top pharma scientists when execution matters, and the owner responsible for taking networks from concept through to production models. You will need strong understanding of molecular machine learning and drug discovery workflows sufficient to collaborate effectively with computational chemists, DMPK scientists, and structural biologists. You thrive on moving quickly and concretely, even under pressure, and prefer demonstrating plans over describing them. You have experience running complex, multi-party programs and understand the difference between process management and outcome ownership. The role offers competitive compensation with early-stage virtual share options, remote-first flexibility on work location, mental health support, work-from-home and co-working budget, learning budget, and generous holiday. The team convenes three times annually in Berlin and other European locations. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years in scientific or technical program management, alliance management, or customer-facing delivery of scientific software - Strong knowledge of molecular ML and drug discovery workflows - Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-party programs - Ability to own outcomes, not just manage processes - Comfort working under pressure and moving quickly to concrete execution
