Forus is an AI-powered network connecting doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma companies to accelerate medicine delivery to patients. The platform automates insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation, operating free for doctors and patients while enabling biopharma to design better research and launch drugs more effectively. In this role, you will build and own the Operations team's internal AI workspace, creating pre-configured access, integrations with daily-use systems, and zero-friction setup. You'll own systems ensuring high-quality AI outputs: curating the team's central knowledge base, skills library, and shared repositories, plus managing persistent context and scheduled automations. Key responsibilities include testing new AI models and capabilities against real operational use cases and scaling promising ones; embedding with operations teams to identify high-leverage workflows for automation; standardizing evaluations and monitoring across the team in partnership with engineering; building team capability through onboarding, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing; and partnering with data and engineering on foundational capabilities like the central tool repository, prompt engineering platform, and curated data layers. You should have 5–10 years of experience as a product manager, optimizer, or builder with daily hands-on use of the modern AI stack (agents, tool integrations, prompt and context engineering, evaluations). You're comfortable working across APIs, integrations, and data; pragmatic about low-code solutions and real code where needed. Strong business acumen with focus on measurable results (hours saved, volume handled, throughput gained), excellent written and verbal communication, a track record of moving quickly and finding shortcuts, and high NPS with former teammates are essential. Forus operates as a high-trust, high-autonomy environment with $300M+ in funding and exceptional product-market fit, supporting patients across 85%+ of US ZIP codes and partnering with 9 of the top 15 largest biopharma companies. The team is based in a spacious SoHo office with full in-person work required.
