Distyl AI is an applied AI technology company deploying production AI systems into Fortune 500 operations across telecom, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, and consumer goods. As AI Operator for Implementation Delivery, you will be the primary accountability owner for Distyl's first wave of UK client programs and an early member of the London team. You will own end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale AI implementations at enterprise clients, managing parallel workstreams, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include enforcing operational rigor (clear goals, accountability, risk management), building deep client trust through expectation management and demonstrated value, driving stakeholder alignment across client executives and technical teams, and maintaining velocity in fast-changing environments. You will also onboard and organize forward-deployed engineers and AI strategists, help translate Distyl's US delivery playbook for the UK market, and establish best practices for future hires. The ideal candidate is a chaos wrangler who thrives under pressure with a track record of shipping hard outcomes at scale. You should have proven experience delivering large enterprise programs (ideally $10M+ equivalent budgets) and come from high-intensity environments such as founder/COO roles, Chief of Staff positions, or deployment-focused teams. You must communicate seamlessly across technical and executive levels, hold yourself and teams to high standards, and be comfortable building systems from scratch in a new market. AI fluency is essential—you actively use frontier AI tools and reinvent workflows as technology evolves. Significant travel across the UK and Europe is expected, with a customer-obsessed, on-site approach to problem-solving.
