Lio is building an AI workforce platform for enterprise procurement, backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator. As the first AI Implementation Manager in the US, you will own end-to-end enterprise implementations for Fortune 500 customers, translating their requirements into scalable solution designs and driving measurable impact from kick-off through successful go-live. You will serve as the primary project owner and trusted advisor for major enterprise customers, coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution. Your responsibilities include managing complex timelines, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and escalations across multiple concurrent deployments. You'll proactively gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements, while building scalable implementation processes and playbooks that enable future growth. This role is critical to establishing Lio's implementation function in the US and shaping how the company serves American enterprise customers as it scales. You'll work directly with the leadership team to influence product evolution and help define best practices for enterprise AI adoption in procurement. The ideal candidate has experience in software implementations, customer success, implementation consulting, or technical project management. You take ownership by default, communicate with confidence to build trust with enterprise stakeholders, and stay structured when managing complexity across multiple priorities. You think in solutions, understand customer challenges deeply, and can translate them into scalable approaches. Curiosity about AI and genuine excitement about helping enterprises adopt new software is essential. Previous procurement experience or deep technical expertise is not required; the company prioritizes ownership, structured thinking, customer empathy, and delivery capability.
