Animoca Brands, a Web3 leader leveraging tokenization and blockchain, is seeking a Go-to-Market AI Product Manager to own a product line under Minds end-to-end. You will be responsible for delivering a product to market with pride, combining verified technical capability with exceptional polish—including onboarding, first valuable tasks, and key moments that drive user retention and repeat engagement.
This role is ideal for a product manager early in their career seeking real product delivery and GTM control at the intersection of product and marketing. The company values actual impact, drive, and product taste over years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product line refinement and launch: define scope, first-run experience, quality standards, and make decisions about whether the product truly meets real-world user standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on product positioning, launch plans, and user acquisition messaging, feeding real user feedback and launch signals back into product iteration.
- Work closely with vertical domain PMs to ensure your product modules have strong reusability and are not one-off engineering efforts.
- Maintain efficient, compact release cadence: pre-define success metrics with data teams, launch quickly, capture signals, and iterate aggressively.
- Obsess over onboarding and first-success experiences, using "AI's Duolingo" as the standard—building guided, positively-reinforced first-use experiences.
- Integrate AI deeply into your daily workflow for prototyping, PRD writing, generating and testing multiple solution variants, and analyzing results—delivering products at speed and quality far exceeding traditional PM norms.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to independently own and deliver products with high quality, whether as a PM, product marketer, founder, or through independently developed and shipped work. Typically 1–3 years of relevant experience, but actual impact matters far more than tenure.
- Sharp product sense and obsessive attention to onboarding details; ability to spot and fix rough edges users will notice. Focus on smooth experience, not just functional viability.
- Strong business and market intuition: understand both how to build products and how to position and drive user adoption.
- Native AI-thinking mindset: habitually use AI tools to accelerate work and possess sufficient understanding of large language model behavior to make sound decisions.
- Excellent communicator and natural coordinator who can drive marketing, engineering, and design teams to work efficiently together. Strong bias toward "ship first, learn, iterate quickly" in uncertain environments.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience launching consumer, mobile, or AI products.
- Game product experience is a major plus—especially candidates with both game and non-game product backgrounds, as Minds is converting real-world tasks into game mechanics.
- Familiarity with agentic AI, IM/chat-native products, or creator tools.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and A/B testing.
