OneStream is building the operating system for modern Finance. The AI Product and Engineering team bridges AI research and AI products, delivering tangible value to end users through applications spanning time series forecasting, anomaly detection, and natural language processing.
As an AI Engineer, you will be a critical member executing AI initiatives within the OneStream platform. Your responsibilities include:
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications and services using various software architecture design patterns
• Implement robust AI systems and functionalities, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack—from user interface to database layer—to ensure release reliability
• Participate in and eventually lead technical design sessions to decompose and design complex systems and interfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and user requirements are met
• Be a self-starter, continuously learning best code practices and the latest technologies in the AI ecosystem
You will work in a hybrid capacity across multiple US locations (Birmingham, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, New York), joining a global team united by the mission to lower the barrier for organizations and people to get value from AI capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar work experience
• 1–3 years of experience building and deploying production-level machine learning solutions or similar experience
• 1–3 years of strong programming experience with one or more of: Python, C++, C, C#, Java, Rust, or Go
• Legal work authorization in the country of the job position (no sponsorship available)
