Legora is an AI-native legal workspace trusted by 1,000+ customers including major law firms and enterprises across 50+ countries. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and operates globally with teams across Europe, North America, and APAC. You'll lead Legora's AI Enablement function—a young, high-impact team tasked with ensuring every team across the organization can build, use, and govern AI effectively. This is a high-ownership generalist role managing engineers and coordinating across the business. You'll own initiatives across three core streams: Build: Coordinate agent and internal tool development with engineers, translating business needs into technical direction while keeping projects moving. Enable: Design and deliver training, workshops, and documentation to drive AI adoption. Build and scale an AI champions program across the organization. Provide day-to-day support ensuring enablement initiatives land and stick. Govern: Draft and operationalize AI guidelines, access policies, and usage guardrails. Establish standards that allow the company to move fast safely. You'll act as a connector and trusted advisor—building relationships and visibility for the function across the organization. Success in the first six months means independently owning end-to-end initiatives across all three streams, making tangible progress on at least one initiative per stream, and becoming the go-to person for AI enablement questions at Legora. You bring an engineering degree or equivalent technical foundation with coding exposure. You have a few years in fast-moving environments (ops, strategy, product, consulting, program management). You're genuinely AI-native—using AI tools by default and eager to deepen expertise. You're a true generalist comfortable switching between strategy, delivery, and people work. You learn exceptionally fast, communicate clearly, and collaborate with low ego. Nice-to-haves include exposure to legal, GTM, or regulated environments; experience with agent platforms or no/low-code AI; and a track record of building something from scratch.
