EVERSANA is a global commercialization services company serving the life sciences industry with 7,000+ employees and 650+ clients ranging from biotech startups to established pharmaceutical companies. The AI Enablement & Governance Analyst role sits within the Patient Services engineering organization and serves as the connective tissue of the AI Hub Center of Excellence.
The role operationalizes AI standards across engineering teams (Dev, QA, BA) and measures the SDLC transformation through adoption metrics and ROI reporting. This is a blend of technical enablement, governance, and change management.
Key responsibilities include:
Adoption & Enablement: Roll out AI development tooling (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as engineering standards. Train and onboard Dev, QA, and BA staff into AI-augmented workflows. Run office hours, certification programs, and internal forums. Own the AI best-practice wiki, training materials, and agent registry.
Governance & Compliance: Own and maintain prompt library governance with quality gates. Conduct HIPAA/PHI compliance reviews of AI tool usage. Coordinate with InfoSec on data-flow approval and risk sign-off. Maintain the approved-tools list and AI risk register. Support model-selection and BAA-verification processes.
Metrics & Reporting: Define and track AI adoption KPIs including AI velocity, code-generation percentage, defect-rate delta, time-to-merge, and story points per sprint. Author monthly adoption reports and quarterly executive ROI dashboards for CTO and CFO. Surface adoption gaps and recommend interventions.
Required qualifications: 3+ years in technical analyst, program enablement, developer-experience, or similar role. Strong data analysis and dashboarding skills. Excellent technical writing and documentation ability. Demonstrated change-management and training-delivery experience. Working fluency with AI tooling ecosystems. Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, or comparable privacy/compliance fundamentals. Strong cross-team coordination and stakeholder-communication skills.
Preferred: Healthcare or life-sciences technology background. Experience supporting or governing an AI or developer-tooling rollout at scale. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, BigQuery).
First-year success measures include AI development tooling adoption across Patient Services engineering with measurable velocity gains, operational governance framework (approved-tools list, prompt-library process, risk register, compliance workflow), and established monthly adoption reporting with quarterly executive dashboards.
