Nooks is an applied AI lab building an Agent Workspace for GTM (Go-To-Market). The company designs AI agents that automate the full sales action set—from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. With over 1,500 customers including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling, Nooks has raised $70M+ from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins and has tripled ARR annually for three consecutive years.
As an AI Deployment Strategist, you will lead post-sale customer implementations and may assist with presales trials. This is a hands-on role combining discovery, configuration, troubleshooting, and enablement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading customer deployments from kickoff through launch, managing stakeholders across Rev Ops, Sales, and Marketing
- Conducting discovery sessions to understand customer goals, success metrics, GTM initiatives, and workflow requirements
- Developing and managing project plans that deliver quick time to value and on-time delivery
- Guiding customers through configuration and testing based on requirements and Nooks best practices
- Coordinating technical integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, and other sales tools
- Setting up and configuring AI-powered signals, workflows, and email templates
- Collaborating with Engineering on migration and cutover activities
- Identifying implementation barriers and working with internal and external teams to resolve them
- Delivering user adoption activities, launch communications, and end-user training
- Partnering with Customer Success Managers on results sharing, insights, and QBR meetings
- Contributing to the development of implementation processes, best practices guides, documentation, and internal enablement
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of enterprise SaaS implementation and onboarding experience with Fortune 500 customers
- Domain expertise in Revenue or Sales Operations with deep understanding of sales prospecting tools and workflows
- Hands-on experience with the sales tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and Salesloft
- Outstanding customer management skills (discovery, advisory, project management, stakeholder management)
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Proven success at an early-stage company, demonstrating adaptability and comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Highly collaborative and proactive problem-solving approach
Nice-to-have skills include AI prompting and workflow-building experience, plus 1-2 years of B2B SaaS presales or solutions engineering experience.
