Freehand builds AI agents that replace the human decision-making and coordination layer in enterprise software, handling analysis, negotiation, prioritization, and execution for supply chain, logistics, and operations teams. As an AI Deployment Strategist, you will serve as the strategic bridge between enterprise customers, product, engineering, and delivery teams. You'll design, implement, and scale complex enterprise technology solutions while shaping product direction based on customer insights.
Key responsibilities include:
**Customer Partnership & Strategy**: Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers across operations, finance, supply chain, and IT. Partner to define business objectives, requirements, and transformation roadmaps. Build relationships from operational teams to executive leadership and help customers rethink workflows through technology.
**Solution Architecture & Design**: Design end-to-end enterprise solutions integrating ERP, TMS, spend management, and other systems. Create architecture documents, process flows, and implementation blueprints. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise governance and security.
**Enterprise Delivery & Implementation**: Lead end-to-end implementation and migration of enterprise customers. Drive execution across integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and ensure adoption and business value realization.
**Product & Engineering Collaboration**: Partner with product and engineering teams on integrations and feature adoption. Provide customer insights to influence product roadmap and platform capabilities.
**Business Analysis & Process Improvement**: Analyze customer workflows to identify optimization opportunities. Recommend automation and cost reduction initiatives. Define success metrics and measure post-implementation outcomes.
**Delivery Excellence**: Establish implementation best practices, frameworks, and playbooks. Continuously improve delivery processes and help scale enterprise delivery standards.
You'll work in a Series C company (~100 people) across US and India with a "work anywhere" culture. Travel to Chennai HQ is arranged and fully paid as needed.
